$1200  Birth Doula Services include:  

 

• 2 prenatal visits to discuss and create your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and discuss expectations for the birth

• Unlimited text/phone/email support throughout pregnancy

• On call period begins 2 weeks before your estimated due date

• Continuous labor support

• 2 hours postpartum care 

• 1 in-home postpartum visit to check in on how you're feeling, answer any questions, and discuss your birth experience 

 

Continuous labor support = shorter labor, fewer interventions, and higher birth satisfaction.

$225  Lactation services include: 

 

• Most visits are 1- 1.5 hours in length

• Continued telephone support for the established visit issues as needed

• Additional fee may be required due to consultant travel time ($25-30)

• There is a $50 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice

 

Lactation support = better breastfeeding experience for both mothers and babies.
